This is an inter-club trophy competed for at the North Shore Club's annual Christmas Party. It takes the form of a quiz evening, with John Kelsey as quiz master. The teams competing this year were North Shore (who were runners-up), Howick, PYC and APS. Our team consisted of Nic Hendy, Brian Marshall and Pat Skinner. Most of the questions were philatelic in nature, but there was also a geography round, and a famous people round. As always, the evening concluded with a fine supper. Thanks to North Shore for their warm hospitality and for a fun evening. |
